CHEESE POTATOES 
5 lbs. red potatoes
4 c. sour cream
1 lb. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil, cool and grate potatoes. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, seasoning and cheese. Mix well and put into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown. This dish can be made up the day before and baked just before serving.
