PASTA AL PESTO 
4 c. basil (fresh, dried won't work)
1/2 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
6 sprigs parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. pine nuts, walnuts or almonds
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Place basil in blender. Add oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and nuts. Blend until all are chopped very fine. Remove from the blender and add cheese. Toss over hot thin spaghetti and top with more cheese. This freezes very well. However, do not add the cheese until you are ready to use.

There is no failure except in no longer trying.
