PASTA PESTO SAUCE 
2 c. fresh basil
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
3 sprigs parsley
1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. pine nuts (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop basil and parsley in food processor. Add garlic, oil, nuts, salt and pepper. Blend until all are finely chopped. Remove from processor and add cheese. Top 1 tablespoonful over your favorite tomato sauce and pasta.
