3 med. unpeeled potatoes 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. dill 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Scrub potatoes, cut lengthwise in wedges. Place in bowl, cover with cold water, let stand 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Toss potatoes in oil, place skin side down on baking sheet, sprinkle other ingredients over wedges. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Yield: 5 servings. |
