1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. regular oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained

Mix all ingredients except mushrooms, put them in last. Put in loaf pan or mold into a loaf shape. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or more.
