SPINACH AND MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic juice
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Several dashes Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. olive or salad oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Cherry tomatoes, halved

Tear spinach into bite-size pieces; combine with mushroom in large salad bowl. In salad cruet combine salt, garlic, juice, mustard, Tabasco, lemon juice, oil and pepper; blend well. Add dressing to salad; toss gently until all leaves are coated. Garnish with cherry tomato halves. Makes 6 servings.
