IRISH BREAD 
4 1/2 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1 c. shortening
1 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Irish Mist
1 1/4 c. milk

Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add raisins. Mix remaining ingredients. Blend all. Pour into greased 3 quart casserole. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 70-80 minutes. Serve with hot butter.
