CALICO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
1/4 c. sliced radishes
2 tbsp. sliced green onion

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stir in 3/4 cup cold water, vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Chill until partially set. Fold in peas, carrots, radishes and green onion. Chill until firm. (Good served with dollop of mayonnaise).
