SALTED NUT ROLLS 
30 caramels
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
Salted peanuts

Heat caramels and milk in top of double boiler, stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Add butter. Mix well until melted. Add powdered sugar and cool slightly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased tray (or cookie sheet) of peanuts. Form into logs. Roll until coated with nuts. Place on waxed paper.
