SANDI'S PANOCHA NUTS 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. walnuts halves or pieces

Combine sugars and sour cream in pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Continue to cook until a small amount forms a small ball in cold water. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until a light sugar coating begins to form on the nuts. Turn onto waxed paper or tray. Separate nuts. Remove from paper or tray when coating hardens. Great for Christmas goodies!
