COCOA RUM BALLS 
1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. 10x sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. rum

Stir crumbs, sugar, nuts and cocoa together. Add syrup and rum. Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Store airtight for at least 2 weeks. Great for holidays because they must be done before the last minute rush! Makes 3 dozen - - no baking!
