STRAWBERRY DELIGHT | |
1/2 bag Hydrox cookies 1 pt. cream 16 oz. frozen strawberries 1 c. sugar 1 egg white 1 tsp. lemon juice Crush Hydrox cookies and put in bottom of Angel Food cake pan. Whip a pint of cream and refrigerate while you whip strawberries, sugar, egg white and lemon juice for 30 minutes. Fold in whipped cream and pour into Angel Food cake pan. Freeze. |
