ESTHER'S FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove minced garlic
Pepper
Dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. sugar
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 lb. mushrooms
6-7 firm tomatoes
1 can ripe pitted olives, drained (optional)

Separate and cut up vegetables. Make dressing. Mix with vegetables. Best if made one day in advance.
