PEACH DROPS 
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. peach preserves
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter, cream cheese and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in preserves. Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into creamed mixture. Blend in nuts. Drop by tablespoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake until lightly brown about 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peach preserves
1 tbsp. butter, soft

Blend all together and beat well. Spread on cooled cookies.
