SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
3 to 4 c. uncooked noodles (1 1/2 c. rotini or wide)
1 tbsp. parsley, 2 tsp. basil & 1 tsp. oregano or 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 c. water
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 or 16 oz.) tomato sauce
8 oz. pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 c.)

In electric frying pan brown meat and onions in 2 tablespoons oil. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix and stir well. Place cottage cheese on top. Sprinkle raw noodles over and top with parsley. Over all pour tomatoes, broken up, tomato sauce and water. Sprinkle salt, sugar and other seasonings on top. Bring to boil. Simmer for 45 minutes, covered. Unplug and top with cheese. Cover and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Serve in pie wedge shapes. Serves 6 to 8.
