DEVILED CRABS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crabmeat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne
1 c. buttered cracker crumbs

Melt the butter and add flour. Stir in milk slowly to make a white sauce. Add crabmeat mixed with seasonings. Put into greased individual ramekins. Put the buttered crumbs on top and bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Two hard cooked eggs may be added to the crabmeat. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce may be added to the sauce.
