THREE BEAN SALAD 
10 cans French style green beans
10 cans yellow wax beans
10 cans red kidney beans
10 lg. red onions, sliced
10 bell peppers, cut in strips

DRESSING:

7 1/2 c. salad oil
5 c. sugar
5 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. pepper

Drain beans and combine with onion and pepper. Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Very good with ham or roast beef. Serves 100.
