SUNDAY CHICKEN | |
1 c. rice 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1 chicken, cut up 1 env. dry onion soup Butter a 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan. Heat soups, milk and stir until well blended. Lay chicken over rice and cover with soup mixture. Sprinkle onion soup on top. Seal pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. |
