RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran 1 c. oil 3 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 qt. buttermilk 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt (opt.) Mix raisin bran cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a very large bowl. This is important because this is a big recipe. Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk and mix well. Store in covered container in the refrigerator and use as desired. For muffins fill greased tin two thirds full and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Batter will keep in refrigerator for six weeks. |
