GIANT SKIPPY OAT COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. quick oats 1 c. chunky peanut butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. butter In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and quick oats. In large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in sugars until well blended. Add vanilla and eggs; beat. Combine with flour mixture. Mix well by hand. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. |
