1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese 1 c. crabmeat (any seafood can be used) 1/2 sm. onion, chopped Pinch of thyme Mrs. Dash to taste Cayenne pepper to taste Mayonnaise or tartar sauce English muffins Mix ingredients except cheese. Put on split English muffins. Top with cheese. Put under broiler. Serve at once with salad. | |
