CRAWFISH FETTUCCINE 
1 lb. crawfish, shrimp or crab
16 oz. precooked fettuccine
1 qt. whipping cream
4 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. red pepper
16 oz. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. chopped green onion

Place cream and seafood in skillet, add garlic and simmer 5 minutes. Add basil, red pepper, green onion, and Parmesan. Cook until thick. Add cooked noodles at last minute and serve. Do not season.
