CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME 
4 chicken breasts (8 pieces), boned and skinned
1 c. uncooked rice
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. Promise butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Paprika

Rinse and pat dry chicken; set aside. Place rice, onion, basil, butter, mustard and orange juice in medium sized baking dish. Stir well; add chicken breasts. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Add mandarin oranges, sprinkle with paprika, and bake 5 minutes more. Yield: 8 servings.
