Stew chicken (hen). Debone and keep broth. Place chicken pieces in casserole dish.

Mix together:

Mix in 1 small (8 ounce) carton sour cream. Pour over chicken and cover with dry contents from box of Stove Top stuffing dressing.

Mix together: Season packet from Stove Top stuffing

Bring to boiling. Pour over stuffing. Cover and cook 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more

Note: Add 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese to mixture and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over casserole during final 20 minutes of baking time.
