SPAGHETTI SAUCE FOR A CROWD 
14 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green peppers, diced
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
2 (52 oz.) cans tomato soup
1 gal. tomato paste
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sugar
7 lg. bay leaves
1 1/2 gal. water

Brown hamburger with onions, celery, peppers, salt and pepper. Drain off grease well. Add all other ingredients and put in roaster. Simmer well. Put in oven at 250 degrees or an electric roaster works well, stirring often so it won't stick. Remove bay leaves before serving. Serves 100 people. Serve over Italian spaghetti.
