SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 med. squash
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cornbread crumbs
1/4 stick butter, melted

Boil squash and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
