CLAM CHOWDER 
2 (8 oz.) cans baby clams
2 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. Half and Half
1 sm. onion

Boil potatoes in 1 cup water until tender. Drain. In large pot add Half and Half, potatoes, clams, onion and salt and pepper. Boil until thick. To thicken add 1 teaspoon cornstarch to Half and Half.
