Saute mushrooms in sweet butter, season with fresh basil, parsley and freshly ground pepper. Add chopped tomato, stir over low heat until slightly juicy, add 1/2 cup sour cream. Heat to simmer. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot over grilled patties.
