Great recipe when feeding a large crowd to give it a twist add lemon juice, chives, celery salt and ground up Trisket crackers as filler, soak the Trisket in milk first then add to recipe. And follow the recipe but use olive oil and butter not just butter.

I use ritz crackers instead of saltines which gives these a delicious butter flavor. I do saute the onions in butter before adding them to the mix. I omitted the milk and added salt. Made 4 patties. These are quick and now a permanent part of my rotation!

Love these, I used italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of saltines and the flavor was perfect. I also added about a half teaspoon of yellow mustard which is a lovely flavor with tuna.

I like it. I've made it three times. It just needs some better seasoning.

I love this. Tuna is the only fish I like and I am always looking for new things to do, this was super simple and very good! My 3 year old even liked them!!

Excellent recipe, easy to make and you can add what you like, cajun seasoning is awesome. Great recipe - never thought of these.

Great and simple recipe. I added celery to my mixture and it'd go nice with a sauce.

Never made anything like this before; impromptu - didn't even have all of the ingredients. Substituted flax (approx 3 tbsp.) and bread flour (approx 1 tbsp.) for crackers; did not add any liquid except the Worcestershire (might try chipotle sauce next time), and egg. Sauteed them in Pam, rather than butter (since I don't own a non-stick pan (not interested in incorporating teflon into my diet)). Very tasty! Drier than they would have been had I added the milk, but they held together well, and the flax added a slightly nutty taste.

Have made similar tuna cakes before but this is a simpler recipe, served with a steamed Globe Artichoke, then made a basic Aioli sauce to serve with both. OH YUM!

To serve an artichoke, cut the stem and take off the first bottom layer of leaves, steam for about 15 minutes and then serve. To eat, take off each leaf and dip in mayo or aioli sauce, then eat the bottom part of the leaf that comes off the artichoke and enjoy a new experience.

This is my second time making this. :) It's awesome!

Try topping them with a little spicy ranch salad dressing. It's sooooo good.

Just made this recipe although I had to triple it. It was GREAT! Easy, fast & yummy.
