GREEN PEPPER CASSEROLE 
2 med. green peppers, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. raw rice
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter

Simmer peppers, onions and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. Add meat and simmer until browned. Add rice, tomato sauce and water. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Simmer 30 minutes.
