SPOON CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
8 oz. can whole kernel corn
8 oz. can cream style corn
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients.

Bake 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Grate velveeta cheese on top and bake 10 more minutes.
