CHOCOLATE-NUT TOFFEE | |
1 c. pecans (chopped) 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Spread nuts on 8 inch square buttered pan. Boil 1/2 cup butter and sugar together for 7 minutes, stirring constantly; pour immediately over nuts. Let stand for several minutes. Spread over 1/2 chocolate chips on top; place bread board on pan. Spread more chocolate chips on evenly. Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened. Turn out onto board; break into pieces. |
