CREAM CHEESE BARS 
1 C sugar
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 1 package of rolls in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 C. sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread over dough. Place second package of rolls over mixture. Beat egg white with whisk or fork until frothy. Spread over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/2 C. sugar mixture.

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
