FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (5 oz.) can chunk white chicken or turkey, drained
1 1/2 c. cut-up mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches or nectarines)
1/3 c. vanilla-flavored lowfat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice

1. In bowl, combine chicken and fruit; arrange on lettuce lined plates.

2. Mix yogurt and orange juice.
