BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
4-5 bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 graham cracker crust (not pre-made)
1/2 c. crushed Oreos
1/2 gallon ice cream
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan with graham cracker crust. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Slice bananas on crust. Slice ice cream and place on bananas. Freeze until firm. Melt chocolate chips and Oreos. Add sugar and milk. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool. Spread over the top of the ice cream. Top with reserved crumbs. Store in freezer. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
