BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together and put in unbaked pie shell. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30-45 minutes.
