STUFFED POTATOES 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 sm. pkg. cheddar cheese
4 lg. baked potatoes

Bake 4 potatoes at 350 degrees. While they bake brown hamburger. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside. When potatoes are done, let cool to touch. Hull out potatoes into large bowl. Mash potatoes and sour cream. Add hamburger mixture. Keep hulled out potatoes. Spoon in potatoes, hamburger mixes into potato hulls. Top shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
