1 pkg. boursin or herb and garlic cheese
butter (melted)

Wash and take stems off mushrooms. Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over mushrooms. Stuff with cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
