AUNT BETTY'S FUDGE
2 sticks butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
Nuts, if desired
7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

In 2 quart saucepan, rub sides of pan with some of the butter to keep from sticking. Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Stir on high: when it comes to a boil, lower heat to medium for 15-18 minutes. Keep on stirring (color is icky but don't worry). Take off stove and add marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Beat in good. Quickly pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch or 10 x 15 inch pan. Makes about 5 pounds.

NOTE: If you prefer peanut butter fudge you can substitute peanut butter chips with the chocolate chips.
