STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (thawed)
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
Fresh strawberries

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Top with strawberries before serving.
