1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 bag miniature marshmallows
1 lg. bag salted peanuts

Mix chips and peanut butter. Let mixture stand until cool enough that the marshmallows will not melt when mixed into it. Add marshmallows and peanuts. Pour into greased 11 x 15 pan. Let cool.
