CHOCOLATE OR BUTTERSCOTCH COATED
PEANUTS
 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate or butterscotch bits
2 1/2 c. roasted shelled Virginia type peanuts, skins on

Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Add peanuts and stir to coat. Turn out on waxed paper, separate with a fork. Allow to cool.
