SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger (extra lean)
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (12 oz.) bottle of chili sauce
6 oz. jar grape jelly or 1 can of whole cranberry sauce

Combine meat with egg, salt and pepper and form into small meat balls. Heat chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice until well blended.

Add meatballs, cover pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Serve over rice.
