GREAT UNCLE CHARLIE'S
DRAGONBREATH MARINADE
 
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hot chili sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon hot mustard
1/2 cup chilies, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT mustard and chilies, in a bowl. Add chilies, leave to stand one hour.

Drain liquid into saucepan, save chilies. Gently heat liquid, then add mustard and bring to boil.

Reduce heat, add chilies, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, allow to cool, remove chilies by draining liquid into bowl (you can use the chilies as a garnish if you wish).

Use Canadian-Australian Dragonbreath recipe to marinate all types of meat, especially ribs and steak. A few drops of EXTERME HEAT sauces can be added...If you can handle it!

Caution: you may want to wear gloves while preparing. Keep hands away from face!
