TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. tomato sauce
2 avocados, sliced
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
2 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges
Taco or tortilla chips
Olives

Fry ground beef and onions; drain drippings. Stir beans, spices and tomato sauce into meat mixture, simmer on low for 5 minutes. Arrange lettuce in bottom of bowl. Layer with beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, eggs and avocado slices. Arrange taco chips around edge and garnish with remaining ingredients.
