LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg, at room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over crumb layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown and pulls away from sides of pan. It always looks like it has fallen.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. warm water

Mix all ingredients and pour over bars.
