LIME JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, with juice
24 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans, crushed
8 oz. Cool Whip

Make Jello according to directions on box. Allow to cool but not congeal. Add pineapple, juice, and sour cream, mix with hand mixer for approximately two minutes. Stir in pecans and cool whip and refrigerate overnight.
