BANANA CUPCAKES 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. sour milk (milk + 1 tsp. vinegar)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients except sugar. Cream butter, add sugar and then eggs and beat until light (approximately 3 minutes). Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with mashed bananas and sour milk, mixing only until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
