CRANBERRY DIP 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 orange, peel included
1 or 2 apples, peel included
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Grind cranberries, orange and apples together in meat grinder. Add sugar; mix well. Mix 1 to 1 1/2 cups of mixture with cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
