HAWAIIAN BANANA BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
Grated rind and juice of 1 lg. orange (1/2 c.)

In large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Stir in oil; add eggs, one at a time, stirring well. Mix in bananas, orange juice, and rind. Bake in 2 greased and floured 8 inch bread pans at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Bread is moist and delicious, also freezes well.
